Manikandan is skilled in Learning Management, Strategic Thinking, Competency Management, Social Learning, and Training Delivery.

He has upskilled various professionals in their Core Soft Skills, Leadership Skills, and Communication skills. Manikandan’s L&D strategy is popularly called a “Repeatable Model” for any company that wants to embrace digital learning.

Manikandan is a certified coach having an ACC from ICF. He is currently pursuing his PCC journey. He is also an awardee of “Young Learning Leader (Under 35)”, one of the most prestigious awards from the World HRD Congress in 2019.
