Janesh Kumar, CHRO, RP – Sanjiv Goenka Group, FMCG Business, has over 15 years of multi-industry exposure working with reputed brands such as Airtel, Abbott, Dr Reddy’s and JSW. He was instrumental in establishing the HR policies and processes at Airtel Payments Bank as a founding team member.

He is a performance-driven professional with over 15 years of combined expertise in Human Resources. He drives Strategic & Operational HR initiatives in leadership, partnering with MDs, CEOs, CXOs and Executive Board members.

Kumar also has over 7 years of experience in heading HR functions and leading teams.
