Subex has appointed Kasturi Cotha as its Global Head of Human Resources, strengthening its leadership team amid ongoing business transformation and global expansion.
With over 25 years of experience in human resources, Kasturi brings deep expertise in strategic HR leadership, talent management, organisational development, employee experience, diversity & inclusion, and employer branding. In her new role, she will lead Subex’s global people strategy, focusing on building a future-ready workforce aligned with the company’s growth and innovation agenda.
Prior to joining Subex, Kasturi held senior HR leadership roles at Taylor & Francis Group, where she served as Head of HR for Bengaluru and as a Global HR Business Partner for Product and Technology teams. Her career spans multiple technology and software organisations, giving her strong exposure to global, matrixed environments.
Her appointment underscores Subex’s emphasis on people-centric leadership, culture building, and strategic HR as a key business enabler.
